Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Custom sticker orders may take 3-5 business days to process, as we need to produce and proof your custom design.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time
We ship worldwide to most countries and regions.

United States: Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days, Expedited shipping takes 3-7 business days
Europe: Standard shipping takes 10-20 business days, Expedited shipping takes 5-10 business days
Other Countries: Standard shipping takes 10-25 business days, Expedited shipping takes 7-12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed by customs clearance, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $30!
For orders under $30, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout, with rates calculated based on your delivery address.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you can track it via the “Order Status” page on our website, using your order number and billing email address.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and we have no control over these charges.
Please check with your local customs office for details before placing your order.

Undeliverable Orders
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
If you choose to cancel the order instead of reshipping, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
